  3. Cogemos dos láminas de masa filo y ponemos una encima de otra para que no se rompan a la hora de freírlos ponemos un poco del relleno pintamos con huevo los bordes y vamos cerrando primero un lado luego el otro y luego enrollamos
  4. Por último pintamos con huevo y ponemos al horno hasta que dore o podéis freírlos que es como lo hice yo y están buenísimas os lo recomiendo acompañado de una salsa agridulce es un plato redondo.
