  4. En la misma sartén que hemos trabajado la verdura, ponemos los trozos de pollo, los salpimentamos hasta que tenga calor cito dorado (y yo aquí pongo Cúrcuma, porque es sana buena y con la pimienta, conduce mejor para el beneficio acia nuestro organismo)
  5. Una vez esté dorado bien el pollo, volcar/poner la mezcla anterior de verdura sobre los trozos de pollo, y completar con una cantidad de agua normal (yo no he vertido mucha agua porque no me gusta que sea caldoso), polvo o pastilla Avecrem (yo en polvo), y aquí ponemos las patatas peladas y cortadas que apartamos antes, tapamos, y le damos fuego unos 20 minutos aprox..
  6. Mientras comprobamos que vaya bien o echarle más o menos agua si se quiere más o menos caldoso.. Podemos ir limpiando la estancia de los pasos anteriores y elementos..
  7. Una vez comprobado que vaya bien, unos minutos antes de transcurrir el tiempo (20 min) abrimos la tapa para que se complete de hacer la masa acompañante, sacamos en el plato y a comer
