  4. Si queda agua en la mezcla, cocínela hasta que el agua se absorba totalmente.
  5. Ahora con una espátula machacamos la mezcla para que todos los ingredientes incorporen bien. Añadimos el cilantro fresco picado y la parte reserveda de la cebolla que picamos y otra vez mezclamos.
  6. Damos la forma hamburguesas y metemos en la nevera hasta 30 minutos.
  7. En un bol mezclamos la harina y la maicena con 3 pizcas de pimiento blanco y sal. Vertemos el agua y mezclamos.
