- Lavas la olla o sartén que usaste y echas la cebolla con el ajo; la pimienta el colorante de onoto y una pizca pequeña de sal. (El queso trae su propia sal) tienes que dejar que se ponga sueve que agarre un poquito de color marrón
- Ya que la cebolla y ajo agarraron color, procedes a echar la nata y el los 200gr de queso parmesano. Moviéndolo suave a fuego lento mientras se desintegra. Y luego a fuego medio pasado 2 minutos echas el pollo. Y luego en 7 minutos lo apagas. Haslo con arroz en salsa.
