  1. Primero de todo lavamos y cortamos los pimientos a dados pequeños y lo echamos a la paella. Pelamos y cortamos de igual forma la cebolla y la echamos también a la paella junto a la zanahoria pelada y cortada a rodajas.
  2. Vamos removiendo y dejamos pochar. De mientras cortamos la carne a trocitos y fileteamos el ajo.
  3. Una vez pochado incorporamos el ajo y la carne y vamos removiendo.
  4. Cuando la carne este un poco echa le echaremos medio vaso de vino blanco.
  5. Pasados 10 min rallamos un tomate y lo incorporamos a la paella. Removemos y dejamos 5 minutos más.
  6. A continuación le echamos 3 vasos de cortado de arroz y Echamos 1l - 1'5 L de agua, removemos. Añadimos una cucharadita de colorante alimentario, pupurri de pimientas y una pizca de sal. Vamos removiendo de vez en cuando. Pasados 20 min. Estará listo.
