- Poner en el horno a 200° solo por abajo, para que no se quede la carne seca y no se nos queme la cebolla. En una hora u hora y media (depende del horno) estará listo.
- Comprobar pinchando las patatas.
- No dejar que se consuma todo el caldito para que no quede demasiado seco.
- Consejo: cuánto más cantidad de especias le eches, más sabroso saldrá.
