- Picar juntas las hojas de cilantro, hierbabuena y perejil. Poner en un bol o plato. Resevar un poco de la mezcla de hojas



- Añadir al bol 1 cucharadita de sal, el cilantro molido, el jengibre y la cúrcuma. Añadir 3 cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva. Mezclar bien



- Poner el pollo troceado, mezclar todo bien y dejar que marine en nevera al menos 1 hora (si es más, mejor)


- Limpiamos y troceamos muy pequeños la zanahoria, las judías verdes y el bimi

- En un cazo con agua y sal ponemos a cocer la zanahoria. A los 4 minutos añadimos las judías verdes, a los 3 minutos añadimos el bimi y los guisantes.



- Dejamos todo junto unos 4 minutos, pasamos a un bol con agua muy fría y escurrimos. Reservamos


- Ponemos una sartén sin nada de grasa a fuego alto. Cuando esté bien caliente añadimos el pollo y el marinado


- Dejamos que se haga bien el pollo y añadimos los tomates cherry partidos a la mitad

- Dejamos 3-4 minutos y entonces añadimos las verduras reservadas.

- Rehogamos todo junto unos 2-3 minutos. Emplatamos adornando con el resto de hojas aromáticas picadas y servimos. Buen provecho!!!!!
