- Pasados unos minutos añadimos el pollo que teníamos reservado y dejamos cocer controlando que no se reseque el pollo.

- En lo últimos minutos añadiremos los 200 ml de leche de coco y la nuez moscada. Ponemos el fuego al máximo unos minutos para reducir las salsa. Seguimos controlando la cocción del pollo para que mantenga su textura.


- Retiramos y decoramos con cilantro fresco y trocitos de 1 cuarto de 1 lima (solo la parte verde de la pulpa). La lima le da un toque muy fresco. El restante de la lima lo exprimimos por encima.
