- En un wok o una sartén alta, echamos un chorrito generoso de aceite y pochamos nuestra cebolla con una cucharadita de postre de sal, removemos y pochamos a fuego medio dos minutos.
- Incorporamos la zanahoria y salteamos un par de minutos. Agregamos los pimientos y volvemos a saltear otros dos minutos.
- Cuando las verduras que están en la sartén estén casi hechas, añadimos los champiñones y salteamos dos minutos más.

- Pasado ese tiempo, escurrir y ya estarían. Yo les eché un poquito de aceite crudo, para que no se pegaran entre ellos y quedaran más sueltos.
- Una vez que el contenido de la sartén está y tenemos los noddles cocidos, incorporamos estos últimos a la sartén, removemos para que se integre todo bien y salteamos a fuego alto un par de minutos.
