  6. Freímos en abundante aceite ya caliente, con cuidado de que no se quemen. Cuando estén doradas las sacamos y retiramos el exceso de aceite.
  7. Abrimos por un lado, y rellenamos con todos los ingredientes. Que aproveche. Yo le añado salsa de mojo verde suave. ¡Pero pueden añadir lo que quieran como salsa!
