  3. En la misma sartén pon un poco de AOVE (3 cucharadas soperas), a fuego medio y corta la cebolla en juliana, échala en la sartén.
  4. Corta en juliana el pimiento verde y rojo y ve incorporándolos a la sartén. Cada ingrediente con "su poquito de sal".😉
  5. Mientras se hace, corta los filetes de pollo en tiras de 0, 5 cm aprox. Pon una sartén a fuego medio para calentar las tortillas.
  6. Cuando las verduras estén blandas. Pon dentro el pollo cortado y salsa barbacoa al gusto. Dale unas vueltas para que se mezcle todo (1 min). 🤤
  7. Coges una tortilla, pones encima relleno. Doblas primero la parte de abajo, luego un lado y después el otro. 😰
