- Pollo
- 1/2 pechuga de pollo

- 2 cucharaditas salsa Perrins
- 3 cucharaditas salsa de ostras
- 3 cucharaditas pasta de tamarindo

- Elaboración/Emplatado
- 2 cucharadas salsa de chili agridulce (Lidl)
- Limón
- Sésamo negro

- 70 gr cacahuetes a trocitos
- 1/2 vaso agua

- Para preparar la pasta, en una cacerola ponemos agua junto con la sal. Cuando está cociendo añadimos la pasta hasta que esté cocida.
- La escurrimos y la enjuagamos con agua fría para que no se pegue entre sí. Reservamos.
- ⏬Pollo⏬
- Para la preparación del pollo, primero lo tenemos que poner a marinar unos 30 minutos. Para ello, cortamos el pollo en tiritas pequeñas y en un bol añadimos: la salsa de soja, salsa Perrins, salsa de ostras y la pasta de tamarindo.
- Pasados esos 30 min. En una sartén añadimos el aceite de girasol y el pollo marinado y lo freímos bien. Lo reservamos.

- Cortamos la cebolla y el cebollino a Juliana, y en una sartén añadimos el aceite de girasol y salteamos durante 2 minutos sin que se haga mucho. Lo reservamos.
- ⏬ Elaboración/Emplatado⏬
- Ahora es el momento de juntarlo todo, pero no en cualquier orden. Primero, en la sartén añadimos los tallarines ya cocidos y los freímos durante 1 minuto dando vueltas para que no se agarren.
- Añadimos la salsa de chili agridulce.
- Le añadimos el agua y removemos bien para que se mezcle todo.
- A continuación, añadimos las verduras y removemos.
- Continuamos añadiendo el pollo y removemos bien para que quede todo bien mezclado. Lo sofreímos bien durante 2-3 minutos.
- Para emplatarlo, colocamos la mezcla de la pasta, carne y verduras. Encima, ponemos de forma separada los cacahuetes, el limón y el cebollino y espolvoreamos el sésamo. ¡LISTO!
