- Queso rallado
- Mayonesa
- 1 Pimiento verde o rojo

- 1/2 cucharadita comino molido
- 1/2 cucharadita pimentón dulce
- 1 chorrito vino
- 2 cucharadas tomate frito
- 1 cucharada cúrcuma
- 1 hoja laurel
- 2 vasos arroz
- 4 vasos caldo de pollo

- Poner en una cacerola la pechuga de pollo, 1/2 pimiento, 1/4 de cebolla,1 diente de ajo y el laurel y cubrir con agua para hacer el caldo. Añadir sal y pimienta y cocer 30-40 minutos.

- Trocear el jamón de York y reservar.
- Vamos con el montaje: Ponemos en una fuente, resistente al horno, un chorrito de aceite. Ponemos una capa de arroz y aplastamos con una cuchara o lengua, añadimos un par de cucharadas de mayonesa y extendemos por todo el arroz.
- Ponemos una capa de jamón de York por toda la fuente.
- Añadimos otra capa de arroz, volvemos a aplanar presionando un poco, ponemos un poco de mahonesa y extendemos. Añadimos una capa de pollo y presionamos un poco.
- Volvemos a poner una capa de arroz, cubrimos con queso rallado, o en lonchas, y metemos al horno para gratinar.
- Adornamos con una flor de tomate o como más os guste y listo!
