- Mientras se hace preparamos el arroz; lo lavamos en abundante agua para que suelte el almid贸n, ponemos una ollita con mantequilla y echamos el arroz para saltearlo un minuto, ponemos el agua y se deja cocer a fuego medio. Cuando est茅 a nuestro gusto se aparta.
