  1. Pelar la carlota, cortarla a trocitos pequeños y picar media cebolla
  2. En la olla a presión con agua, ponemos la pechuga (sin la piel), la cebolla, la carlota y las dos cucharaditas de orégano y cda. de sal.

  11. Añadiremos la cúrcuma, el pimentón picante y la pimienta, seguiremos removiendo, para evitar que se queme.
  12. Estrujamos el pan remojado con leche y lo añadimos a la cacerola.
  13. Seguimos removiendo a fuego lento, hasta que lo veamos homogéneo.
  14. Ahora toca, añadir el vaso de caldo de la carne y el 1/2 vaso de leche y seguir removiendo.
  15. Ya habrás deshuesado la pechuga y cortado a trocitos pequeños.
  16. Te queda añadir el queso rallado y los trocitos de pollo.
  17. Poner las dos cucharaditas de Tabasco (cuidado que pica muchísimo) mejor añadirlo poco a poco e ir removiendo a la vez. Probar y rectificar de sal.
  18. Mientras tanto, estarás preparando a la vez el arroz, con algo de colorante (opcional) y aprovechando el caldo de la carne.
  19. Emplatar al gusto, se sirve en caliente
