- Acontinuacion se añade este sofrito al pollo que teniamos reservado, junto con el caldito, se rectifica de sal y pimienta y dejamos cocer a fuego medio tapado, 20 o 30 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando, ( las cantidades de vino y caldito las puedes rectificar al gusto )
- Una vez echo, lo dejo reposar una hora, para que coja bien todos los sabores y ya solo queda emplatar y disfrutar, pues es un plato sencillo pero con un resultado escelente ¡¡
