Vertemos un cucharón de caldo y removemos sin parar... cuando se quede sequillo volvemos a añadir otro cucharón... así hasta que el arroz se haga y siempre sin parar de remover.
  3. Cuando provemos el arroz y esté en su punto, añadimos un taquito de mantequilla (como 1o 2 cucharadas) y un puñado de queso parmesano rallado. Mezclamos bien por última vez y servimos. Decoramos con un poco de queso en lascas y perejil o cebollino.
